Multi-tenant SaaS platform managing 12+ core business resources across CRM and ERP. Implemented RBAC/ABAC with granular permissions at both functional and interface levels. Redis caching to sustain performance under load.

Multi-tenant platform for organisations to build, deploy, and run custom AI assistants on their websites. Retrieval-augmented answers, tool calling for real actions, and a branded chat widget that drops into any site.

Crito iKiosk
Self-service kiosk for Crito Germany GmbH used in hotels in Germany, handling guest reservations and check-in workflows. Integrated with the Apaleo Open PMS to automate front-desk processes.
